Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) è il primo produttore di motherboard al mondo a poter vantare il supporto della tecnologia AMD Memory Profile (AMP), una soluzione finalizzata alla ottimizzazione automatica della memoria centrale, che si contrappone alla precedente XMP di Intel.

ECS mostra in particolare una schermata del bios della sua nuova scheda madre di fascia alta A85F2-A Deluxe, mediante la quale è possibile notare un setting del BIOS, che permette proprio di attivare AMP.

ECS pone in primo piano la collaborazione a stretto contatto del proprio comparto R & D (Research & Development) con quello di AMD, promettendo inoltre notevoli benefici dalla possibilità di utilizzare la tecnologia AMP, che permette il tuning delle memorie DDR3 "spingendole oltre le specifiche fissate dallo standard JEDEC" (Joint Electron Devices Engineering Council).

ECS, infine, assicura che la tecnologia AMP comporta dei benefici in termini di multi-tasking, efficienza energetica e gaming high-end.
