The Document Foundation annuncia LibreOffice 3.5.4, la quinta versione della famiglia 3.5 della suite libera per ufficio.
LibreOffice 3.5.4 migliora in modo significativo le prestazioni rispetto alle
versioni precedenti, grazie all'insieme delle attività di ottimizzazione del
codice eseguite nel corso degli ultimi 18 mesi, e di "caccia" a bug e
regressioni da parte di sviluppatori e volontari del gruppo QA. LibreOffice
3.5.4 è la più veloce tra le versioni della migliore suite libera per ufficio,
con un guadagno che arriva al 100% per l'apertura di file di grosse dimensioni
(a seconda del sistema operativo, della configurazione hardware e dei contenuti
del file).
The Document Foundation suggerisce a tutti gli utenti delle precedenti versioni
di effettuare l'aggiornamento a LibreOffice 3.5.4.

significant performance improvements over the previous versions of the product, which are the combined result of the many code
optimizations executed during the last months and the bug and regression chasing activity performed regularly by volunteers and
developers. As a result, LibreOffice 3.5.4 is the fastest version of the best free office suite ever, with up to 100% performance gains
when opening large files (depending on operating system, hardware configuration and file contents).
The Document Foundation suggests all users to upgrade from previous versions to LibreOffice 3.5.4.
